To keep things fair and transparent:
- Refund requests may be made within 7 days of enrollment (from the date of course access)
- Refunds will be considered only if less than 25% of the course content has been accessed
- Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund
Once the refund window closes, access to the program is considered final. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted thereafter.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.
